Master majoring in natural geography of Liaoning Normal University, doctor majoring in natural geography of East China Normal University, and post-doctorate majoring in information and communication engineering of Shanghai University. Presently deputy director of Innovation Policy Research Office and associate research fellow.
Present main research area: Innovation policy theory and methodology, scientific and technological result conversion and innovation talent policy, innovation monitoring and index research.
Presided over and participated in soft science project researches such as “Research on strategy to upgrade science and technology innovation governance capability”, “Research on mechanism for localities to participate in state major scientific and technological projects”, “Research on regional innovation driven development indices”, “Research on science and technology policy science and science and technology policy system in Shanghai” and “Research on the institutional and mechanism barriers for innovation and entrepreneurship by scientific and technological personnel and countermeasures”.
Awarded with honors such as Woman Pace-setter and excellent member of the Communist Party in the scientific and technological system of Shanghai, and the special report “Suggestions on quickly getting through the channel for technology investment by higher schools as shares” obtained instructions and comments from main leader of the municipal government.
