　　Presided over and participated in more than 100 decision-making and consultation projects, including “Inspection and assessment of the implementation of national medium and long-term technology development program of “11th Five-Year Plan”, “Research on the benchmark and test of the ability-oriented scientific quality of Chinese citizens”, “Research on policies for building Shanghai into a science and technology innovation center with global influence”, “Research on policy connection for Zhangjiang National Self-reliance Innovation Demonstration Zone with Shanghai Free Trade Zone” and the “12th Five-Year Plan” and “13th Five-Year Plan” for science and technology innovation and popular science development in Shanghai and Pudong, Minhang, Jinshan, Qingpu, Yangpu, Baoshan and other districts.

　　

　　With more than 160 pieces published works and papers, including the “Location choice for transnational R&D investment and China's regional strategy for outbound R&D investment”, “Research on the spatial difference and regional types in the development of R&D industries in China”, “the Yangtze River delta development report – Collaborative innovation and development of science and technology”, “Research on the strategy of building Shanghai into an international innovation center", “Research on international science and technology cooperation and development thinking during ‘13th Five-Year Plan’ period, and “science and technology internationalization in schools of higher learning: international experience and China practice”, etc. Obtained awards at the provincial and ministry level many times, such as the first prize for Shanghai decision-making and consultation award, and a number of special reports he participated in preparation, including “Functional elements of the global science and technology innovation center and target locating of Shanghai” and “Survey of popular science situation among adolescents in Shanghai and research on development countermeasures” got affirmative instructions and comments from the Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Education of the state and leaders of Shanghai Municipality.
