Zhang Ruishan, a CPC member. Undergraduate majoring in mechanical of Tsinghua University, master of history of science and technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences and post-graduate majoring in computer of Mississippi State University, US. Worked as teacher of philosophy of science and technology in China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), and presently associate research fellow of Scientific and Technological Development Research Center.

　　Presided over and participated in the soft science project researches such as Shanghai Science and Technology Annals, technology foresight and 30 Years of Reform and Opening-up (Volume of Science and Technology).
